This knee length skirt is soft and versatile. This piece is a great base to a punk rock or alternative outfit. It's a little preppy and a little bit grunge. This is a Y2K era piece from the early 2000's. Fits like a S/M, tag says 8. Please note the measurements, as this skirt is pleated and won't lay right if it's not a proper fit.
